About
A journalist's instincts.
A marketer's playbook.
Suzanne Boyd is a marketing strategist, communication expert, and brand storyteller who brings the instincts of a seasoned journalist to the art of destination marketing — and to every brand she takes on.

Twenty-five years in the news business taught Suzanne one thing above all else: how to get attention. How to make a viewer stop mid-sentence, a driver pull over, an editor open the email. That instinct — sharpened on deadline, in front of a camera, with a producer in her ear — is what she brings to every brand she works with now.
The track record spans every kind of business. As Director of Marketing for Downtown Delray, she led integrated campaigns that drove tourism, elevated local businesses, and built community pride. Today she works full-time for her own clients — destinations, small businesses, construction firms, and telecom companies. And she's been in the arena herself: during the pandemic she helped launch a beef business for the family cattle farm, building the brand, the marketing, the sales, and even the shipping strategy from the ground up. The family still runs the farm — and Suzanne knows what it takes to start and run a small business, because she's done it. The same instinct gets attention whether you're selling tech or cattle.
Her specialties: destination marketing, branding, earned media strategy, communication, and multi-platform content execution. Her belief: authenticity wins. The thing that sets your business apart is almost never the thing you've been saying — and once you find it and tell it honestly, attention follows.
Creating her own media is the through-line. She started What Your Friend Won't Tell You, a podcast and digital video show with a licensed psychotherapist, as she was leaving the news business — and it grew into Rise & Live with Roby and Suze, the morning talk show she created and hosted with her former TV co-anchor until it wrapped in 2020. During the pandemic, she also created Staycation with Suze, spotlighting destinations and brands offering safe getaways. Next up: The Integration Experiment, a new podcast with her partner Hugo, coming in 2027. From broadcast news to podcasts, destination content, and building a brand from scratch, it's one story: knowing how to get attention, on every platform.
